Jesse Garg came to the United States of America about 20 years ago from his native city New Delhi in India. He has had a passion of cooking since he was 7 years old because he grew up watching his father, who was a great home chef. He learned from his father’s cooking skills and his father shared recipes with him. His goal was to fulfill a dream that his father had, to open a pub or a restaurant in the United States.
Jesse stared his restaurant career working at Grinders. After several years, Jesse and his wife opened the first Indian restaurant “India Princess” in San Marcos, CA.
